Do you charge sales tax?

We only charge sales tax for orders shipped to addresses in the state of Georgia.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of your order and the shipping speed selected at checkout. Shipping costs for orders within the United States start at $3.50, and for international orders start at $12.50. 

Does my planter come with a plant?

Due to local and international laws regarding the transport and sale of plants, we are unable to ship any order with plants. While this is a little inconvenient, please remember that plants can get sick, too, and tragedies like what happened to the American Chestnut can happen again when plants are brought to places where they are not native. 

While we are unable to ship plants with your planter, please use this opportunity to show off your green thumb and what you have been cultivating in your garden! 

If you're in Atlanta, GA you are welcome to come by the studio and pick up your planter pre-planted.

How can I track my order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your order.

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from our studio in sunny Atlanta, GA.

Some items can only ship to addresses in the United States. Why is that?

Some items, like our seed bombs, can  only ship to addresses within the United States because they contain agricultural material. 

We also have some items that are 3D printed on demand for us by a partner company, and ship directly to you from them. Currently, we can only arrange for the shipment of these items to customers in the United States. If you're located internationally and are interested in these items, don't fret!
